Bhind Collector Inspects Chhimka Cluster Site, Sets 6-Month Development Target

Industrial Initiative Gains Momentum in Bhind

An important industrial initiative is gaining pace in Madhya Pradesh's Bhind district under the Chief Minister Jan-Vishwas Abhiyan-2026. Today, the Collector conducted a detailed inspection of the proposed 'Chhimka Multi-Product Cluster' site in the Malanpur industrial area of Gohad tehsil. The inspection aimed to review the project's implementation and provide necessary directives to the concerned officials.

Emphasis on Time-Bound Development

Upon arriving at the site, the Collector took a comprehensive overview and stressed the importance of completing the project within the stipulated timeframe. He issued clear instructions to the agencies responsible for developing the industrial area, stating that the primary development work of the cluster must be completed within the next six months under all circumstances. This deadline is a significant step towards accelerating industrial development and attracting investment to the region.

Focus on Drainage and Power Supply

During the inspection, the Collector provided essential directives to the SDM Gohad to ensure an effective water drainage system at the site. This will prevent waterlogging issues from hindering industrial activities in the future. Furthermore, to guarantee an uninterrupted power supply to the cluster site, he issued instructions to the General Manager of Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company to expedite the approval for the power station. The goal is to ensure industries face no power-related obstacles once they are established here.

Abhiyan's Objectives and Participation

The Chief Minister Jan-Vishwas Abhiyan-2026, launched on August 7, 2026, by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav from Chhindwara, focuses on effectively implementing government initiatives at the grassroots level across the state. Under this campaign, officials are encouraged to conduct regular field visits, with Fridays specifically designated for this purpose. The Collector of Bhind's inspection is part of this broader campaign. The General Manager of the Industry Centre, the Revenue Team, and members of the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) were also present during this occasion, discussing various aspects related to the site's development.
