Administrative Efficiency Drive in Bhind

In an effort to enhance transparency and speed up administrative processes in the Bhind district, Collector Pawan Kumar Jain has instructed officials to prioritize the resolution of pending complaints and cases registered under the CM Helpline and the Public Service Guarantee Act. These directives were issued during a review meeting of time-bound letters held at the Collectorate auditorium.

Focus on CM Helpline and Public Service Delivery

During the meeting, Collector Jain specifically engaged in a detailed discussion on the department-wise pending issues on the CM Helpline. He emphasized that the resolution of any complaint must be more than a mere formality; it should be satisfactory and of high quality.

The Collector made it clear that no complaint should be categorized as 'non-attended,' and no complaint should remain pending. Particular emphasis was placed on the swift disposal of complaints that are over 50 and 100 days old, to prevent unnecessary inconvenience to citizens.

Accelerating Public Services and E-KYC

Reviewing the provision of services to citizens within stipulated timelines under the Public Service Guarantee Act, the Collector directed the concerned officials to remain proactive. Additionally, an order was issued to all Patwaris (village revenue officials) by the SDM and Tehsildars to expedite the registration process under the स्वामित्व योजना (Svamitva Scheme), requiring them to dedicate their efforts to this task.

The meeting also stressed the prioritization of the overall E-KYC work. The Collector asked the CEO Janpad and CMOs to take immediate steps in this regard so that eligible beneficiaries can receive the benefits of government schemes on time.

Emphasis on Transparency and Prompt Action

The meeting was attended by District Panchayat CEO Veersingh Chauhan, Additional Collector Rajan B. Nadia, SDM Ater Vinod Singh, SDM Lahar Pradeep Mishra, and senior officials from various departments. The Collector cautioned all officials to avoid unnecessary delays in pending matters and to ensure effective action within the prescribed timelines.

The primary objective of this meeting was to bring about improvements in the administrative system and ensure timely resolution of the public's problems, thereby fostering greater trust in government services.
