District Administration Extends Warm Wishes on Janmashtami

On the auspicious occasion of Krishna Janmashtami, the festival celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna, the district administration and police department of Bhind have extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the residents of Bhind district. The celebration marks the birth of Lord Vishnu's eighth avatar, Krishna, and is observed with immense devotion and joy across India.

District Collector Kirodi Lal Meena and Superintendent of Police Suraj Kumar Verma conveyed their best wishes for happiness, prosperity, and well-being to all citizens. Traditional events such as special prayers in temples, the creation of tableaux, and the 'Dahi-Handi' competition add to the vibrancy of this festival.

Meanwhile, Superintendent of Police Suraj Kumar Verma made a strong appeal for maintaining peace, robust law and order, and mutual brotherhood in the district during the Janmashtami celebrations. He assured that elaborate security and traffic arrangements have been made to ensure the convenience of devotees visiting temples and the smooth conduct of various religious programs.

The objective is to ensure that devotees can have darshan (viewing of the deity) with ease and enjoy the festival without any disruptions. Additional police personnel have been deployed around major temples in the district, especially those organizing grand celebrations for Janmashtami. A special plan has also been formulated for smooth traffic management to prevent any inconvenience to devotees.
