Bayern Munich Set New Record With 14 Straight Wins Under Vincent Kompany

Vincent Kompany’s Bayern Munich continued their stunning run of form this season, registering their 14th consecutive win in all competitions — the best-ever start to a season by any club in Europe’s top five leagues.

The German champions surpassed the previous record of 13 straight victories, which they jointly held with AC Milan, after a 4–1 win over FC Köln in the DFB-Pokal.

Summer signings Luis Díaz and Nicolas Jackson have injected fresh attacking energy into Kompany’s side, while Harry Kane continued his prolific form with a brace in the latest victory. Díaz opened the scoring, Michael Olise added another, and Bayern once again demonstrated their ruthless dominance.

“We're always hungry, we always want to win and we're never satisfied. We're happy today and tomorrow we'll focus on the next game,” defender Jonathan Tah told ESPN India after the match.

Bayern’s next challenge will be a Bundesliga clash with Bayer Leverkusen on November 1, followed by a high-voltage UEFA Champions League encounter against PSG at the Parc des Princes on November 5. Both sides currently top their respective Champions League groups, setting the stage for a blockbuster contest.

Kompany’s Bayern now look unstoppable — rewriting records while setting new standards for consistency and dominance in European football.
