State-Wide Digital Scholarship Distribution Benefits Thousands

The state government has taken a significant step towards making education more accessible and supporting economically weaker, meritorious students. On Friday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath digitally transferred over 148 crore rupees into the accounts of more than four lakh sixty thousand students across the state through a state-level scholarship distribution program held in Lucknow.

This amount was provided to students in pre-matric and post-matric classes for their further studies. A live broadcast of this main program was also viewed in Balrampur district, with a large number of students, teachers, and departmental officials in attendance. District Panchayat President Arti Tiwari and District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain also participated in the program, symbolically distributing checks to students and wishing them a bright future.

Over 2,200 Students in Balrampur Benefit from Government Scheme

A total of two thousand two hundred and thirty-seven (2237) students from Balrampur district directly benefited from this scholarship scheme. These beneficiaries include one thousand three hundred and one (1301) students at the pre-matric level and nine hundred and thirty-six (936) students at the post-matric level. This scholarship was awarded to students under various government departments such as Social Welfare, Minority Welfare, and Backward Class Welfare.

Encouraging Meritorious Students to Achieve Goals Through Hard Work and Discipline

In her address, District Panchayat President Arti Tiwari highlighted the government's top priority of providing education, skill development, and employment opportunities to the youth. She urged students to shape their future with discipline and determination.

District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain advised students to utilize the scholarship amount to enhance the quality of their studies. He encouraged the youth to achieve success in life through regular study and talent.

During the program, representatives and staff from relevant departments, including the District Social Welfare Officer, District Minority Welfare Officer, and District Backward Class Welfare Officer, were also present. Speakers described this financial assistance as inspirational for students, noting that it not only reduces the burden of their education but also encourages them to pursue higher studies. This has provided an opportunity for the talented youth of the district to give new wings to their dreams.
