DM Inspects Balrampur Ring Road, Stresses Quality

The Cliff News | Balrampur | August 12, 2026 To ensure the under-construction Ring Road project in Balrampur district is completed within the stipulated timeframe and to guarantee the quality of construction work, District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain conducted an on-site inspection of Bijalipur, the project's final point.

During the inspection, he reviewed the physical progress of the project and provided necessary instructions to the concerned officials and the executing agency after a detailed review of the construction activities. The District Magistrate specifically focused on the progress of the overbridges and underpasses being constructed on the Ring Road.

Focus on Overpasses, Underpasses, and Resources

In this regard, he directed that the construction of all overbridges and underpasses should be expedited on a priority basis. He also stated that sufficient labor, machinery, and other necessary resources should be deployed to carry out work simultaneously in various sections of the project, thereby increasing the pace of construction.

Quality Uncompromised, Timely Work Emphasized

District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain clearly stated that while increasing the speed of construction, there would be no compromise on the quality of work.

He instructed that the prescribed standards and technical specifications in construction must be fully adhered to and that the quality should be regularly monitored at every level. Highlighting the importance of this crucial project, he said that the Ring Road is a significant infrastructure project for the district. Upon its completion, it will significantly help in easing traffic congestion in the city, reducing the pressure of heavy vehicles, and improving commute.
