Joint Team Formed for Land Dispute Resolution

At the Police Station Resolution Day held at Tulshipur Police Station in Balrampur on Saturday, September 26, 2026, District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain and Superintendent of Police Martand Prakash Singh heard grievances from citizens. They issued directives for swift and effective resolution of their complaints.

The administration emphasized that the timely redressal of public problems is their utmost priority. During this public hearing, a significant step was taken to expedite the resolution of sensitive matters like land disputes.

The District Magistrate ordered the formation of a joint team comprising the Police and Revenue departments. This team will conduct on-site investigations to ensure a permanent and just resolution of disputes, preventing complainants from making repeated visits to government offices.

Emphasis on Quality Grievance Redressal

District Magistrate Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain stressed to the officials present the importance of transparent and quality resolution for every complaint received at the Resolution Day. He clarified that the real problem should be solved by getting to the root of the issue, rather than merely completing formalities.

Superintendent of Police Martand Prakash Singh directed police personnel to take immediate cognizance of received complaints and ensure effective action through better coordination with the Revenue department. He warned officials that unnecessary delays in resolving complaints would not be tolerated.
