District Magistrate Reviews Farmer Registration Process

Balrampur | August 18, 2026. Balrampur's District Magistrate, Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain, conducted an on-site inspection and physical verification of the progress of farmer registration work in Gram Panchayat Adar Pakad, located in the Sadar development block, on Tuesday.

During his visit, he instructed officials and employees from relevant departments to prioritize and ensure 100% completion of farmer registration for all eligible farmers. The District Magistrate reviewed the current status of the farmer registry being prepared for farmers in the village.

Emphasis on Registering Eligible Farmers

Dr. Vipin Kumar Jain stated that farmer registry is a crucial process for organizing and updating essential details pertaining to farmers. He emphasized that any laxity in this work will not be tolerated. He directed that necessary documents and details from all eligible farmers be collected promptly and their farmer registration be completed within the stipulated deadline.

He specifically instructed the identification and prioritization of farmers whose registration has not yet been completed. For this purpose, Lekhpals and agriculture department employees have been asked to work proactively at the village level and provide necessary information and support to farmers regarding their registration.

Regular Review and Problem Resolution

The District Magistrate also directed the concerned officials to regularly review the progress of farmer registration and to ensure the immediate resolution of any issues encountered during the work. He stressed the importance of collaborative work to ensure that all eligible farmers can benefit from this government initiative.
