Anudip Foundation Organizes ‘Disha’ Mega Placement Drive in Bhopal: Creating New Employment Opportunities for Youth

Anudip Foundation, continuously working in the field of employment generation and youth skill development, successfully organized the ‘Disha’ Mega Placement Drive today at Government ITI, Govindpura (Bhopal). The event aimed to connect trained youth with reputed companies and provide them with better employment opportunities.

A total of 414 trained candidates participated in this mega placement drive, including youth trained under Anudip Foundation and IBM SkillsBuild programs. The event witnessed participation from 28 leading companies across the country, including Caliber, TechnoTask, Magnum, Go Organic, PVR Inox, Spectrum Talent Services, Quesscorp Perennial, Maruti Suzuki, Sabaros, Motherson Pvt. Ltd., IPS Group, Diamond Pvt. Ltd., among other prominent organizations.

The participants displayed remarkable enthusiasm during the event. Thirty-seven candidates received on-spot offer letters, while 256 candidates were selected for the final round of the selection process. These numbers reflect the significant role of this mega placement drive in providing golden opportunities to young talent.

The event was graced by chief guests Mr. Rajpal Singh, Under Secretary, CBSE Bhopal, with 25 years of experience in the education sector, and Dr. P. J. Pathak, Zonal Coordinator, National Testing Agency, who has over 27 years of experience as an education advisor.

The chief guests inaugurated the program by lighting the ceremonial lamp and addressed the participants with motivational guidance. They encouraged youth to remain dedicated to their goals, continuously develop skills, and enhance their competitiveness. Additionally, certificates were distributed to candidates trained under IBM SkillsBuild by the chief guests, boosting confidence and providing recognition to young talents.

The event was successfully conducted under the guidance of the Anudip Foundation Bhopal team, including Dr. Deepa Yadav, Vikas Dubey, Pradeep Vishwakarma, Sachin Parmar, Chaitanya Sharma, Manoj Vishwakarma, Sanjeev Chorhe, Astha Gupta, Muskan Vishwakarma, Deepak Namdev, Shikhar Dwivedi, and Jai Chauhan, among others. The team ensured smooth coordination across all aspects of the program, providing participants with a well-organized and enriching experience.
