In a major step toward promoting skill-based employment for youth, Anudip Foundation, in collaboration with Truba College, successfully conducted a Mega Job Drive that attracted participation from more than 300 students. The event served as an innovative platform linking higher education with real workplace opportunities.
The objective of the program was to familiarize young aspirants with corporate expectations and provide them with hands-on experience in professional recruitment processes. Throughout the day, recruitment teams from several reputed companies assessed candidates on key parameters including technical knowledge, communication skills, analytical abilities, and practical competencies. The live interview environment on campus boosted student confidence and gave them firsthand exposure to industry-level selection procedures.
Strong Outcome: 59 Students Receive On-the-Spot Job Offers
The placement results from the drive were notably encouraging: 59 students received immediate offer letters, securing job placements on the spot. 154 students were shortlisted for second-round interviews to be held at company offices. The figures underscore that the initiative was not symbolic but deeply outcome-oriented, offering genuine career opportunities to participants.
