The Akoda Nagar Parishad has achieved a significant milestone in the efficient and quality resolution of public issues through the CM Helpline, an initiative by Madhya Pradesh's Urban Development and Housing Department. In the monthly ranking for August 2023, the council attained an 'A-grade' with an outstanding weighted score of 96.67 percent.
This accomplishment has established a new standard for other Nagar Parishads across the state. As a result of this commendable performance, Sanket Bhondve, Principal Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Department of the Madhya Pradesh government, issued a special letter of appreciation to the Akoda Nagar Parishad.
