Administration Takes Stern Action Against Encroachment in Aaron Mandi
The Cliff News | Aaron | October 22, 2026. In an effort to ensure smooth traffic management within the Aaron agricultural produce market premises, the administration conducted a surprise inspection on Thursday. During the inspection, strict action was taken against vehicles causing disarray and disrupting the auction process within the market complex.
Under the direction of SDM Manjusha Khatri, Tehsildar and Executive Magistrate Amit Jain, along with police personnel and market staff, led this campaign. It was observed that several tractor-trolleys brought for auction were parked haphazardly, impeding movement within the market complex. Additionally, unauthorized cars and vehicles like Boleros were also found parked illegally on the premises.
The administration's team promptly organized these vehicles and directed them out of the complex. Action was taken against those who disrupted order.
Warning Issued Against Obstruction
Executive Magistrate Amit Jain, using a microphone, cautioned farmers and vehicle drivers, stating, "In the future, if any vehicle driver is found obstructing the path and parking their vehicle within the market premises, they will face stringent legal action and a heavy fine.".
As part of this special operation, a total of six vehicles were challaned, and a fine of ₹3000 was collected from them. The Executive Magistrate Amit Jain was accompanied by Beat In-charge Head Constable Jitendra Gurjar of Police Station Aaron, Head Constable Ravindra Raghuwanshi, Market Inspector, and other police personnel during this action.
The administration has made it clear that adherence to traffic rules is mandatory for all individuals entering the market, ensuring that the auction process can be completed smoothly without any disruptions.
Continued Vigilance Planned
The administration has also assured that strict monitoring of the market premises' orderliness and compliance with traffic rules will continue in the future. Such actions will not only bring ease to the market but also ensure an organized environment for farmers and traders, enabling the produce auction process to be completed more effectively.
