190 Pilgrims Depart from Guna for Gaya-Banaras Under Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme

Pilgrims Bid Farewell

Under the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme, a total of 190 pilgrims from Guna district have departed for the sacred religious sites of Gaya and Banaras. These pilgrims were warmly bid farewell by local public representatives and officials, who garlanded them and wished them a blessed journey.

The event was organized through the joint efforts of the district administration and the local leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Present at the occasion to honor the travelers were BJP District President Dharmendra Singh Sikarwar, Municipal Council President Savita Arvind Gupta, Chief Municipal Officer Shailesh Awasthi, and senior BJP leader Arvind Gupta, among other dignitaries. This group includes 11 residents from the Guna Municipal Council area.

Well Wishes Extended to Travelers

During the event, public representatives interacted with the pilgrims, providing them with information regarding the travel arrangements. All were extended best wishes, with assurances of ensuring their safe journey. Councilors and local leaders also boosted the pilgrims' morale with their presence at this occasion.

A significant sense of enthusiasm was observed among the pilgrims regarding this religious journey, and they expressed their gratitude for this initiative. Other esteemed individuals present at the program included Councilor Neeta Shivanarayan Kushwaha and Nannulal Prajapati. The assembled citizens also offered prayers for the safe travel and return of the pilgrims. All travelers proceeded with their journey as per schedule.
