Blackmail and Threats Lead to Theft

During his association with the family, Ayush Maina reportedly gained influence over the 13-year-old daughter. Police state that the accused not only intimidated and threatened the child but also blackmailed her with threats of death. Under duress, the girl handed over approximately 250 grams of gold, valued at around Rs 38 lakhs, and Rs 13 lakhs in cash from the ancestral home's locker to the accused.

Investigation Triggered by Missing Valuables

The sensational theft came to light when the complainant inspected their ancestral property on June 17, 2026. The police promptly launched an investigation to uncover the truth.

Suspicions Mount Over Accused's Lavish Lifestyle

During the investigation, suspicion fell on the main accused, Ayush Maina, due to his sudden shift to an expensive lifestyle.
