MP Police's Commendable Initiative for Fallen Hero's Family

In a commendable initiative reflecting its commitment to the families of its fallen heroes, the Madhya Pradesh Police have provided significant financial assistance of ₹1 crore 23 lakh to the dependents of Head Constable Sarjan Bheel, who passed away while on duty in Rajgarh district. This move aims to secure the family's future, further reinforced by the compassionate appointment of the deceased constable's son to the post of Child Constable.

This substantial financial aid was disbursed under the Police Salary Package scheme, designed to support the families of police personnel who make the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty during times of hardship. Head Constable Shri Sarjan Bheel tragically died in an unfortunate accident on November 6, 2025, while serving at the Byawara City Police Station.

Financial Aid and Compassionate Appointment Provided

The insurance payout exceeding ₹1 crore was personally handed over by the Superintendent of Police, Rajgarh district, Shri Amit Tolani, to the late Head Constable's father, Shri Ramdayal Bheel, and his wife, Smt. Varsha Bheel, through the State Bank of India, Phoolkhedi branch, Rajgarh. During the handover, the Superintendent of Police met personally with the family members, offering solace and assurance of all possible support.

New Beginning for the Family Through Compassionate Appointment

In addition to the substantial financial assistance, Shri Sharad Bheel, the son of the late Head Constable Shri Sarjan Bheel, has been granted a compassionate appointment as a Child Constable. This appointment not only provides emotional support to the family but also ensures a stable source of financial security for their future.
